Introduction
Noida could be a planned city under the management of the latest Okhla Industrial Development Authority, which is the full-form of NOIDA. it’s located in Gautam Buddh Nagar District of Uttar Pradesh state and is a part of the metropolis Region of India. In step with the provisional reports of Census of India within the year 2011, Noida population was approx. 642,381. Noida is one of the simplest planned cities in India, which is popular for its modern infrastructure and top amenities. Well, it’s also known for its greenery and wider roads. Spread across 203.16 km2 city shares the border with Delhi and it’s also reported that quite 50 per cent of its population commute from Noida to Delhi for official works.
History of Noida
Noida came into the administrative state on 17th April 1976. The town was created under the UP Industrial Area Development Act of 1976 under the leadership of Sanjay Gandhi. Noida has always been a crucial centre of trade and business and not only this, historians say that Noida is over a business hub. Noida. it’s also believed that Guru Dronacharya from the epic Mahabharta had his ashram in Noida, where the Pandavas and Kauravas were accustomed to training.

Geography of Noida
Spread over an expansive 20.316 hectares, Noida is a very important part of NCR. it’s about 25 km southeast of New Delhi and 20 km northwest of its district headquarters Greater Noida and 457 km northwest of Lucknow, the state’s capital. Noida shares a boundary on the west and southwest with the Yamuna River and is located 30 km from New Delhi. within the south, Noida has boundaries with the meeting point of Yamuna and Hindon.
