How to prepare the dahi sherbet

  • Water
  • Chia seeds
  • Homemade curd
  • Ice cubes

  • First, we’d prefer to take the seeds and put them in an exceedingly large bowl of water, and permit them to soak for 2 hours. After soaking, add sugar to the curd inside a bowl. After soaking them, add some water to the blender and add the soaked seeds and begin[dahi sherbet] blending them.
  • After finishing blending, filter them and after tasting, an extra amount of salt or sugar is additionally added(optional).
