Ingredients required to make a Pesto sauce are basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Fiore Sardo cheese, and oil. Fiore Sardo is a cheese made from sheep’s milk. The word “Pesto” means Pound or crush. Likewise, the ingredients are crushed using a small mortar and wooden pestle. To make Pesto sauce, we need to put ingredients like basil leaves, cheese, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, into a food processor. Process them and slightly add oil on the side and continue this process until it forms into a paste. The sauce is ready to use.

First, we need to pre-heat the oven for 10 to 15min. Then take the pizza base, put it on a tray, and spread Pesto sauce on it. After applying the sauce:

⦁ Add some vegetables like tomato, cheese, etc.
⦁ After finishing with the toppings, add oil to the crust using a brush.
⦁ Put them in the oven for baking.

After 10 to 15 minutes or until the pizza gets golden brown color, bake them. After finishing baking, take them out and decorate by adding red peppers and seasoning powder in them. The pizza is ready for serving.
