Recipe
- Put the leaves and water in a bowl. Keep them still for about 2-3 minutes so that the dust in the leaves gets removed. Cut leaves into pieces with scissors.
- Add wheat flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, curd, 1 teaspoon oil, and fenugreek leaves to a bowl and mix it well till it becomes a dough. One can also add potatoes to this mixture and it will definitely give a taste.
- Now convert this dough into a round chapati. One can also convert dough into triangular chapati.
- Put this round chapati in a tawa to bake it well.
- The side dish for this methi paratha is curd and pickle. It gives a different level of taste.
- One can make the curd into a different recipe by adding raita and chat masala to it. mix it well.
