· ¼ teaspoon garlic chopped
· ¼ cup mayonnaise
· ½ cup breadcrumbs
· 2 teaspoon mustard sauce
· 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
· 1 tablespoon lemon juice
· Salt as per taste
· Chilly powder/black pepper powder- as per taste
· ½ cup of Breadcrumbs
· ½ cup flour
Method:
Mash the cooked jackfruit and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic and onions until light brown. Add Jackfruit patties and fry for 2-3 minutes and ensure the water dries up. Add all other ingredients, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped coriander, and mix well. Now add the flour and mix thoroughly. Remove the pan from flame and let it cool.
When it is cool and easy to touch, make a round patty-like shape with the mixture and roll them on breadcrumbs. Use all the mixture to make patties and keep them aside. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
