Doughnuts recipe to make at home
- Take the above-mentioned ingredients in the necessary quantities.
- The foremost step is to make the doughnut as soft and light as possible. So add milk, butter, egg, sugar, salt, nutmeg, yeast, and 2 cups of the dough and mix it thoroughly.
- Mix it until the dough sticks to the bottom and sides of the container to make it soft and light.
- Make sure to rise the dough for about 1 ½ hour and wait till it has increased to a greater volume and cook near the warmest part with a sufficient amount of sunlight.
- Dump the dough and roll ½ to ¾ inch thick and cut the shape of the doughnut and place it on the sheets. Cover it with a clean cloth and again place it in the warm sport for about half an hour to one hour
- Now, bake it with medium heat, heat 2” oil to 350 degrees celsius. Cook until the sides become golden in color and cook until it becomes fully cooked and soft.
- Now, transfer it to a bowl and enjoy the dish.
