The town of Hyderabad holds the biggest congregation in the country at the Mecca Masjid, known to be one of the largest Mosques in India. Annually, the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen organizes the “Quran Day Meeting” at this place.

People offer prayers and need for prosperity, peace and unity within the globe. At present, Muslims get up early in the morning, take a fresh bath and wear fresh clothes together with their skull caps.

This is why the Namaz offered on the day of Jamat Ul-Vida is believed to be directly accepted by Allah. People are freed from sins and are shown the part of righteousness and loyalty.
People traditionally offer early morning prayers, recite verses from the holy Quran and perform donations, charities and other activities which help society.
