Walnuts are single-seed edible fruit that most of us used to consume for better health benefits as they are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and fats. They are too rich in flavor but because of their hard shell, it is not commercially used like English walnuts. Black walnut grows slowly in fertile soils and can have a life span of about 250 years.

Walnut Honey Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- Walnuts – 4
- One glass of milk
- One teaspoon honey
- Sugar – 2 spoons
- Fresh cream
Preparation:
- Take a blender and place the 4 walnuts, one glass of milk, one teaspoon of honey, and 2 spoons of sugar into it.
- Blend them until fine and smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve with fresh cream.

- 4 dates
- One glass of milk
- Sugar – 2 spoons

Preparation:
- Take 4 walnuts, 4 almonds 4 dates, and one glass of milk into a blender and mix them well until fine paste.
